All security testing and assessments are performed only with explicit written authorization and within an agreed scope. You represent that you have the authority to authorize testing of any system you submit to us.

You agree not to use any information, tools, or findings provided by SilverXAI for unlawful purposes.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the SilverXAI name — is the property of SilverXAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced during an engagement are governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

We treat client systems, data, and findings as confidential and handle them in accordance with our engagement agreements and Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
